It took 2 years to develop the Hypascreen. Dozens of optical coating formulations were explored. Many had excellent qualities but were not perfect overall. The final formulation is now the Hypascreen and is the complete summation of all that has been discovered.

Science in the Hypascreen
Arvus™ developed a unique panel coating that comprises of 27 optically reactive components. Each of these particles reflects light in a particular way. The result is a Contrast Ratio that ranges from 2:1 to 9:1 depending on the image brightness.
Viewable with the lights on
Due to the contrast gain and matt grey colour, the images do not completely washout when the lights are turned on as is normal for any traditional screen.
Ultra Slim
The Hypascreen™ is the slimmest front projection screen on the market at just 13.5mm thick.
Great viewing from all angles
The Hypascreen™ is not directional nor does it "hot spot". The viewing angle is as wide as any standard matt white screen.
Long lasting finish
The optical powder-coating surface is tough and very durable. A damp cloth will clean greasy finger marks off with no smears.
